It is the long-standing policy of the United States Mission that donor information is never shared with any other entity or organization at any time for any reason. The United States Mission collects and retains the following information only: from door-to-door solicitation—the address of the donor and the amount of the donation; from donations received by mail—donor information as it appears on the check and the amount. Donor information is kept securely locked in Mission offices and is only accessible to senior Mission staff. It is only used by the Mission to notify donors of special events, to solicit further donations, or to send Certificates of Appreciation.
